Which leather do you use for your products?

All our products are crafted from 100% pure leather. We only use sheep, cow and goat leather in our products.

How do I know which size will fit me perfectly?

We have mentioned various sizes with relevant measurements in the size chart on our website. In case there are still any issues with the product’s size you can exchange it within 10 days without use.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

We deliver all over the World.

What is the payment method?

Within how many days will I receive my order?

It takes usually 3-4 working days and maximum a week.

What is the return/exchange policy?

1.There is no return policy available.
2.We have a ten day exchange policy,
In terms of exchange in case of issues related to size , we can exchange your product within ten days but you will have to bear the delivery charges of returning the item

What is Personalization?

Personalization refers to the process of embossing a name on your leather products. LeathersHub can emboss any name on product(s) purchased from our store or website. We are able to personalize almost all of our products with very few exceptions due to space limitations. You can choose from a variety of font styles.

Will the colour of my purchase be exactly the same as shown as on website?

We try our best to accurately portray the colors of all our products online. However, colors may vary due to the resolution of your computer screen. As well, leather is a natural product and minor deviations in color are possible. In fact, they show the genuineness of the material.

How do I place my order ?

You can place your order as a registered user or even as a guest user. Just go to your favorite product and click on ‘Buy Now’. This will open a pop-up window for personalization. You need to type your text and choose the font style, font effect, and placement. You can then go to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, you will need to add your personal details and shipping information.
